I just purchased the minolta dimage a2. After downloading the dimage viewer 2.32 software I find that I cannot download pitures from the camera. After connecting the av port of the camera to the USB port of the computer and turning on the camera I get the message initializing USB connection, the camera goes off and the pictures won't download. This is very frustrating since I;m anxious to see my first results with the camera. This has never happened before with othe digital camera I have used. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks Don |

Check in the Windows Explorer - after connecting, switching on and initializing of USBthere should beyour camera as Removable Drive {Drive letter}: Then you can explore it asany drive.
If this does not appear it means you have a problem  |
