Seems to be an excellent deal at first glance ...
but , I notice that the GN number of 50 meter was specified for 105mm ( focus length ), meaning that you will have less GN number at wide coverage. Metz 45 for example , 45GN corresponds to 35mm focus length coverage in 35mm camera. with Metz 40 (zoom), it's 40GN @ 50mm and 50GN @ 105mm So , should be roughly for this flash 40GN @ 50mm and 50 @ 105mm as well , and of course less at wider angle. |

Yea, I agree... They wouldn't advertise the lower guide number would they? It'll all depend on really how much the unit would sell for, at least there's now several alternative...
It looks like this camera is getting popular for a change. |
