Hi All,
I recently purchased an Xt (my first digicam) and so far I am very happy with it as a 'go anywhere' point and shoot camera. Although I did not buy it for the video capture features, I now find that to be an attractive bonus, especially since you are only limited by the memory size! However, I have noticed that the video and sound are not quite in sync on playback. The sound is slightly behind the video. I returned to the store and tried another Xt and it was the same. Has anyone else noticed this problem? I have scanned all of the reviews that I could find before I made the purchase and there was no mention whatsoever. Although, I am very likely to keep the camera (for all of the other good reasons), it would be nice to resolve this issue. TIA for any input ![]() Cheers The Jointer |

I think your computer processor, ram and other qualities are the reason your audio is ahead of your video. I have had a similar problem on one of my older computers but not on one of my newer computers.

Agree, I've not noticed a lag at all with the sound and video.
