Yes...I just purchased a K-M 7D....I would like to know if there a specific battery that I can use as a back-up? The NP400 has 1500mAh...Is there a more powerful (longer lasting) aftermarket battery available?
Sorry if this question has been asked before....I did a search and wound up more confused! |

The Power 2000 battery available from B&H is very good and costs considerably less than the KM battery

Rythm,
Use of an aftermarket battery will void the warranty! I agree with KM on this point, it has something to do with 'rate of drain versus temperature'. john ps. if KM's battery leaks you have a claim, if an aftermarket leaks..............? |
