I bought the 20x Ridata 512MB when it first came out from the fellow in Australia that was the first dealer for them. You can find a bunch of sellers on eBay selling the Ridata cards. Excellent CF card and very fast. I use it in everything we review here that has a CF slot and no compatibility problems with any camera so far.

I bought the 256MB Ridata flash card. It is one of the fastest for a good price. I read some reviews and Ridata is fast, especially compared to SAN DISK.
I bought it at: http://www.powerinnumbers.com.au
great shop, great service and only 99 euro.
I didn't buy the 512MB because it is still to expensive in my opinion. But that is up to you.

sjms,

I just got a 7i and would like the 512MB card. WHere did you get it for that price and is it still available?
