Terrible time with Minolta support
I have a dimage 7i. I had only had it a few weeks and sent it back to the factory for repairs. Its been back twice and still not fixed. I have called repeatedly to get some help but they refuse to let me speak to a supervisor and tell me just to send it in again but they are not willing to escalate the issue to get it fixed. I bought it from gateway and it went past their 15 day return period so they refuse to help. They say I'm stuck working with Minota and Minota keeps sending it back unrepaired and says they cant insure it will be repaired if I send it a third time and it will take 3-6 more weeks.
Anyone out their that knows how I can get thorugh to Minolta to get some support? I would really appreciate any tips. I really need a camera and have only been able to use this one for a few weeks out of the 4 months I have had it.
