Just ordered a Z3 (now waiting for it to arrive). Now I need to get a memory card. I'm between the 512MB and 1GB ATP 60x cards, but my questions are these:
Is the Z3 able to handle these large cards? Are there any limitations on the movie feature (max file size)? How much memory does the movies take up per second? Thanks |

hi
![]() I have 2 1 gig kingmax platinum card's they are 60 x and i get about 11 mins of constant footage using 640 x 480 size, 30 fps and on fine quality you can get much longer times if you are willing to film on lower settings as far as i know 1 gig is the most the Z3 will work with |

probably it's a bit too late since you already bought card, but maybe this info would be useful for someone else. I've using two different cards with my Z3: 1GB Pretec and 1GB Transcend 80X
and seems like Z3 works just fine with them. I'm also looking to get myself ATP 2GB card one day, would be interesting to find out whenver it's compatible with this camera. |
