Default Xg vs Xt

Hi all,
I have read all the other threads regarding Xg/Xt.

But none of these seem to provide a clear comparison regarding the quality of pictures.

In specific: what about the low-light (night) picture quality of the two?

And: does the X20 produce really "better" images?

Default Heres my 2 cents...

I was looking for a camera to replace my 40i, and 'stumbled'
across the x20. After surfing the web for review / photos I
looked at the xg / xt to.

The night mode on the x20 far exceeds what the 40i could handle
- as long as you keep the camera steady!. The things that put
me off the 'higher pixel' xg / xt were not the picture quaility, which
seem to be very simular to the x20 (only you could print bigger
pics with 3.2) but the hardware features.

I would surf the web for users with these cameras and d/l +
print off what you find for a comparision. I've only every done
6 x 4 prints and webpages with my images , so the 2 Megapixel
is enough for me.

I am pleased with the x20, as (even though the pixel count is
slightly lower) it produces pictures as good as my 40i, because
I now have the optical zoom rather than the digital one of the 40i.
