Z1 Adapter and W.A. Converter available yet?

Well I picked up the Z1 and now I'm looking for add ons.

I was wondering where or if these are available.
ZCA-100 Adapter and ZWC-100 Converter for Z1.

I have seen them sold as a kit but have had no luck finding them in stock.

I am looking at the B300 or the Tcon 17 for my tele. Could someone tell me what step ring I would need from adapter to one of these.
