I have downloded the viewer Cd and attached the camera , but I cannot locate any images importing option?

Default down load

Curious why this is the second. Z1
After downloading viewer soft ware I trannsferred a couple of sample pictures using the cable through the USB port. A file came up on desk top called "photos"

Make sure this file is in your hard drive, I couldn't get it to work until I put it in hard drive

Click on viewer icon and viewer will come up. Locate photo file on left in all folders. Click and the photos should appear on the viewer table top

I also down loaded a 30 day trial of Adobe photo shop which i hear is better

Call 8774624464 if you can't get it to work

Can anyone advise a good step up? I need high resolution , 4+ optical zoom , and a solid frame.

Check Olympus C750 or Fuji S602.
