Default Help-Restore Deleted Images from DI7

Help!!! Is there any way possible to undelete images deleted from the menu on a DiMAGE 7 using a 128mb CF card? Minolta says no...but I am hoping a creative hacker can help me out!

The downloaded images were lost due to hard drive crash. I was the designated "rookie" photographer at a 20 yr class reunion. I know. I know... Any help would be appreciated.

If you haven't written over the card, there are several programs that will attempt to restore your photos. Some are free and some let you test before you buy. Here's a free one:

Jim, NHL,
Thanks for the quick response! I had a hard time believing I was completely SOL...I won't have a chance to try until Friday but it is nice to know there is hope.
Thanks again!

Default It Worked!

Thanks for the help! I was able to recover all images.

Digital Image Recovery restored 95% of the pics. It is freeware and recommended. I did download Photo Rescue $29 and it did recover the last 5%.

Thanks again for the suggestions!

Dave,
Food for thought, a lady brought me a CD-R that she had put pics on some time back, did not check cd, used memory card many times after. cd was not readable by drives. 7 hours to get her 498 pics recovered (4-H club). good way to save as you now know how fast HD failure occors Make sure on cd type back-ups that cd is ok b4 u delete.
