Not sure what your question is. Where are you looking to find the pics with different settings posted? Here? in a review? User shots?

Well just like you stated about a neutral picture from the A2 and other cameras with more punch.
Thats what I mean.
PIcture # 1 scene 1 camera A2 picture taken default setting.
Picture # 2 same scene camera A2 picture taken " Punchy "

You can look at this site and compare all the new 8MP camera images to see what you like best. Steve has lots of pics posted.

I dont think review sites test with anything much more than default settings.
1) way too many variables
2) Its users preference anyway. Some like a certain look, others wont. No right or wrong, just different.

That brings me back to my question. I here so much about Minolta's nuetral setting but no one with an A2 has posted a pic or at least I haven't found one yet with a comparison of a pic as you say with punch.

Actually what I'm referring to is how sharp the picture can be without seeing artifacts. The transition between colors. When I look at one of these A2 pics at full resolution is like putting on my glasses without cleaning them first. The A2 pics look fuzzy fuzzy fuzzy.
Prove me wrong. But then how do I really know if it wasn't fixed up in photoshop.

Well, judging by your posts on this forum, you seem to be on a "Oly 8080 Vs Minolta A2" tirade. If you like your 8080, I'm happy for you. It looks like a nice camera. There is no need to be trolling in the Minolta forum trying to stir things up.

I don't have a C-8080 but I don't want to rule out the A2 for my next purchase. I want to be totaly convinced I'm picking the right one.
So why not stir up the water a little bit, instead of asking the same old generic question...Which camera should I get.
