Default Autum 2004 U.K.

Hi, Read recently in digital camera magazine that Minolta are to release a compatable slr camera for there A/F lenses in the autum of this year. I would imagine though that you needed to start saving
last year if you want one.(price was not mentioned in article).

I allredy have the Sony dsc 717 digital camera, I was thinking to change it for a dsc 828 but I hate the manual focus with digital display. Ill wait for the SLR Minolta. Thanks for your information.

For what's worth: I bought Minolta 7i mainly for the reason of manual focus and zoom capability. I do find that the manual focus on 7i, though not the best, is much better than any other comsumer grade digital cameras. I switched from Olympus C5050 to a 7i because of it.
