Hello all,

I have just bought a new Z1, and having read all about problems with Z1 Sound lag in movie mode, I need some advice on which SD card will be best for use with the camera. I am looking at 256MB minimum, SD not MMC Cards. Any recomendations???

I bought a 256meg SD card from 7dayshop.com for £29.95 and have found no faults at all or any sound lag. Only taken short clips, but looked closely and couldn't find anything wrong.

I have a couple of Panasonic cards. One of them is a fast 256meg card. The sound lag is the same on both the fast and slow cards.

I did not notice it in every day usage and though I did not have a problem. When more people reported the problem I when back and look for it and still didn't see it. Finally I set up a experiment to test for it and sure enough it was there.

I guess some people are just more sensitive to sound lag than others.

I am still glad I bought the 256meg Panasonic because of the speed (no video limits) and no problems.
