Default green and pink spots

I got my D7 last year and am now noticing very obvious spots, mostly green, throughout my photos. I know I had read about this problem but forget what I read. Can anyone tell me if there is a fix for this or do I have to sell the camera? Its annoying.
Thanks

I would send the camera in if it's still under warranty.

Do you have Photoshop? try to look @ the green layer only to see if it's normal... Do you see this on a printout or on the PC monitor, which could be another source.

Default spots

Thanks NHL, I do have Photoshop and will try that. The spots come out on my prints, not in the viewfinder.
I remember when this camera first came out there were rumblings about these spots, right here on Steves. I should have paid more attention. I love my 7 and would hate to give it up.

That's why I asked.
My Photo EX did that when it's built-in print head nozzle is worned... Time for a new printer I guess (to go with the upgrade firmware... ha, ha, ha!)
