Default Minolta 'Wish list'?

I preview the shot, hold a cable with both hands and use the self timer to capture.
Head mounted viewer would help fine tune the composition & focus. Like the DVM viewer currently available for hands free troubleshooting.

If I had one Minolta wish... It would be for a Photoshop plugin for Minolta's MRW (Raw) file format...

Default Cald

You can use the video out to a remote PC/TV monitor to achieve what you want... (and use the remote foot switch that you're thinking about)

Default How about 2 (footswitches)

Unless you can find one with a double position (any electronic musicians here?) sustain pedal: the 1st closure can focus th D7, and the 2nd snap the picture!

Default Small monitor - cool idea!

Thanks, NHL, I used a amall color monitor when we did some fast, informal video taping.
Anyone got a schematic of the remote pin functions?

How about autofocus that actually works, accurately and reliably, 99.9% of the time.

Default Kcan could use some more lighting

Thanks NHL for the Kcan photos. Not qute the way I'd do it, tho. (Mainly need the schematic of the Minotla remote. I bought one and ought to draw it out.
