My previous camera was a Canon PowersShot S100 with a modest macro. With my new Z3 almost all of my macro, or Smacro, shots are very impressive. Am I childish in my enthusiasm ?

Please look at the enclosed shot and give me your feedback. Does almost all modern cameras give macro shots like this ? :O

That depends on the size of the bee. :-)

Some Fuji cameras also have 1cm macro, but I still consider this an unique feature.

I was impressed by my bee, too. I used Macro and the Sports mode. I was afraid it was just a lucky shot so I tried to duplicate it and came pretty close. I share your enthusiasm.
