As for transcend I first got 1 GB 60x but it was faulty as even my Z3 see only 500 megabytes... but I was able to send it away and replace on 80x which cost me 95 USD, seems that memory prices are drop here a bit from the last time we spoke.

95 US for a 80X 1G SD is a good deal ! by the way, I just bought the Scandisk Ultra II 1G SD and it works fine on my F200 ! Now I don't need to worry about lacking memory when I go to travel around !

Me to But it's still good to have some spare memory in pocket, last week I was on the 2 day trip to Yalta and have used all 1gb card, and two my old cards on 128 and 256 mb That's probably because I've try to record a bit of videa in the mountains.
