Hi guys, I'm very close to buying an FZ20 or a Minolta Z3 but would love to see some action shots before I do as I'll betaking mainly photos of Aussie Rules footy (95% of games in the day) from a fair old distance without a tripod.

I've searched the forum and couldn't find many action shots but was wondering if anyone out there had anymore to share or perhaps could relate their experiences with the FZ20 and action shots?

So far the FZ20 is in front, less complaints on the respective boards, better pics, but the price, AA batteries and movie mode is appealing to me for the Minolta.

Help!

Maybe they just don't take action shots :-)

I say avoid the Z3. Low light performance for me was horrible. Pictures are not sharp and the IS is way overrated. The flash was also weak. A faster lens like on the S5100 is better in my opinion.
