I finally spent the $114 and got a Minolta 2500 (D) flash for my Z1. Now I can actually use the ZCW-100 wide angle adapter for indoor flash pictures without getting a shadow. I wish I had done it earlier sothe pictures I took of the wedding party at my sister-in-laws wedding this past weekend could have had the greater illumination this flash gives versus the inbuilt flash on the Z1.

Yes, I imagine the 3600 HS is even bigger than the 2500 D. That's one reason I went for the smallest Minolta flash that would work on my Z1. The other reason was, of course, lower cost. This 2500 Dis powerful enough for my needs.

Hello,

I am currently shopping for an external... maybe slave, flash unit for my Z1. I've been asked to shoot a wedding, obviously low budget, eh...

Do you have examples of 'before flash' and after? I would greatly appreciate being able to compare expected results!

Thank you!
