I'm crashing my way through all the a200 options and getting the hang of it, I think...
I don't believe anything is wrong with the a200, just believe you need to understand it, will take some time. I had several bad shots but also many very good ones. Like the one below. Well, I think it turned out OK! Only applied the clarity filter in PSP9 (one stop only).

shot at 50.8/200mm, f5 - 1/320

Terrific shot redSP.

I couldn't resist just adding a bit of UnSharp Mask to give a bit of bite & forgive me, I added an eye from the Coot family.

Thanks, it is a bit sharper now but I decided not to do that, I kinda liked the atmosphere. And the eye is way up the head now, sort of stuck on his feathers? Nice try though
