Does the f 300 use the sd or the cf card?

It uses the sD or MMC judging by the size of theses smaller cameras. CF would be too wide for this 5Mp camera! http://www.minoltausa.com/eprise/mai...Specifications

xD is the other small footprint competing format, but is not interchangeable like sD and Multi Media Card. Minolta just upgrade all their cameras to make them sD compatible... Don't know why yet since it's more expensive than CF with anysize bigger than 128Mb :? May be to use them in a PDA or something... But at least the F300 can take AA NiMh rechargeable! :lol: :lol: :lol:

The F300 uses SD cards. Small lil things they are.

sD and MMC are usually interchangeable, they only differ in thickness ie 24x32x1.4mm(MMC) vs 24x32x2.1mm(sD):
