tripod or some support
about 50mm or above to prevent distortion
this is a good time to switch on the grid pattern for alignment
no flash
slow shutter speed < 1/30 so you don't catch the sync/refresh line

An easier way is to hit that <PrintScreen> button, Open any photo editor and do a paste! Voila' no camera needed.

Unless it's a TV tube then everything sjms said will apply... 8)

I wonder why they continue to label the “Print screen” button  , it doesn’t do what it says anymore!

Default Of course if it's a Mac...

and I own all different computers, but on a Mac I think it's Appl/Shift (or Option)/3 to take a screen capture.

Default Shooting text from screen

Thanks all. Yes KCan, print creen works. (In Windows) After 'print Screen' , go to Word and select 'Paste' Works nicely but you may need to chance orientation of the page from portrait to landscape.
