Might be a good ideato avoid anything below 600cc if you are going for a naked bike as it wont be long before you will be wanting something with more power i am sure. How about a 600 Bandit or SV650?

A bandid is also a really nice bike but i haven't come across
an affordable one yet. Now the weather is getting thowards
nice spring weather here suddenly you see so many bikes
cruising the roads(and i want, need that too soooooooo bad)

I'm driving a Honda CB500 as a 'lesson' bike and 500 is a defenitive
minimum. These new Hyosung Comets 650's look very nice too and
at a very good price for a new bike. Can't wait stalking all local dealers
for test drives....

Fortunately i'm already completely suited up so only 2 things remain and
that's that darn pink paper and the bike....

I like the look of the Hyosung....even there 125 and 250 look cool and if there was a dealer close by to me i would have gone to try one out. I suppose you need to get the license before they allow you to test ride

Yeah, you need the licence and should you have a
accident or something you are not insured plus you are commiting
a felony.

There is a hyosung dealer just 3 kilometers from my house
so i've seenall these hyosung models and i was very pleasantly
surprised by how good they look and feel. I could remember the name
hyosung from those old crappy mopeds...
I also sawa few very positive reviews in a magazine and on tv.
They will definately be put to the test the day i get that pink thingy...

Hi, I'm really new to this and I'm full of really stupid questions. I'm trying to add a photo that i took to this link and its too big. What do i do to shrink the size of the photo. I apologise for my simpleness.

Thanks !

Platti,

Don't panic, we've all been there!

I use photoshop elements to resize my photo's but any decent photo program should be able to let you resize the picture.

In elements I select the photo I want then on the FILE in the tool bar select save for web.

The images are loaded and down the right hand side I just put the longest measurement to 700pixels the other moves with it.

I then increase or decrease the amount of compression(its on a scale just above the resize box) I do this so that the size of file is less than 240kb shown at the bottom of the image.

I then save this in a file and when you reply to a post click on the browse button to locate your file.

Sorry for the very poor description and you may not have elements, in the newbie subforum I think there is a written procedure with screen shots on how to upload the pictures.

Hope it helps a bit still not very good with all this myself.

Ian

Funny how the M410R was shipped with several different programs as i was at first under the impression they all were shipped with ACDsee which is a good program to have for quick basic fixes to pics
