No! .... so not as effective at full zoom ....but better than nothing ........ Oh, for a telescopic metal one! I'm not keen on the Hoya Rubber zooming one!

I think so ..... nice design .....but .......... looks VERY big on the M410R. Also a bit fiddly to utilize the main point of the design the fold-over-and-out longer position. I got fed up fiddling withmine (55mm one).

Someone should make a range of telescopic metal or even "plastic" hoods to suit zooms!

Second one looksabout right with a filter.... a tad longerif you don't use a filter would be nice. Is there no where near with a junk box you can rummage through ..... just had a look in mine .... only 55mm's.

The big problem is finding a cap for these hoods! Mine has such shallow internal grooves that a click fit 67mm cap keeps falling off!

Do you want a brand new boxed rectangular 52mm (54mm push fit ext) Yashica hood .... as in my shots on

http://www.stevesforums.com/forums/v...mp;forum_id=19

no vignetting ....... but no cap either! Looks the biz!

Cheers, KK
