seems to me you have your heart set on the DCR720....i do think it is worth the money and look forward to seeing pics taken with it. Maybe the results will make me sell my Aux lenses and get that...we will see

Just realised the flash will probably be blocked by the wide lens and you will prob have an area at the bottom of pic where flash wont fall if you know what i mean....something you must check!

Hi Tony

Really giving you a lot of trouble. Probably your right about the flash and it could be it wont help much .Have to wait and see. I'll probably buy it any way but it would have been a plus. The flash works okin a lot of situations but I wasn.t very pleased the few times I took photos of a number of peaple. One thing I had to do was use iso200 to get acceptable ammount of light all over the area. On auto some areas of the pic where unaccepablely dark and needed software correction to get some brightness and contrast all over.

Regards

It has to be the 720....that 6600PRO is not intended for indoor use and that is actually a statement made by a Raynox guy as a lot of peeps complained about poor indoor image quality

One might ask by what logic are people willing to accept poor quality shots outdoors but not indoors?

Is it that theaccessory only works well if the camera lens is set to infinity?

Curious, KK

That could very well be....maybe at infinity which is what you are likely to have it set at outdoors is the only point the lens is sharp? Who knows ...

How is school today by the way?

Hi G

The forum has slowed down a bit of late as most have been bust with something or other. Hope you get the lens soon
