Hi Steve .... Crosby/Waterloo Marine Lake (near Liverpool UK).... plug this into Streetmap .....SJ316972.

Yeah! Elizabeth .... lots ofzoom and the ease of the rectangular selection tool can turn the "so-so" into a more interesting shot.

So.... I didn't even need to get wet! No more than a splash on my boots from the wakes breaking on the rocks on the shore.

Cheers, KK

Tony!!, thats no way to speak to a lady!

Your like every bloke, firm and controlling to a woman.......over the phone or via internet/e-mail:-)

Nice shots kk as usual!

Not seen one of these before in the garden, The wife tells me to grab the camera so I'm running about tripping over Kids and dog before it hops off!!

Not very good really, rushing

No tripod trying to stop dog eating him!!!
Would have like to have increased aperture settingto get some DOF but light was pants and no chance without a tripod!!
Max zoom on both shots, took a few and some had digital zoom as well just don't know which ones.
Going mad:shock:

Can't be bothered to check which had digital zoom or not! far too hot.

I have no idea what it is I think it maybe a grasshopper, but as it's an insect I'm sure our master insect expert will know what it is or knows someone who knows what it is!!

Over to you KK!

Cheers Ian

I'm no expert on Orthoptera! Looks like an immature stage of one of our Bush Crickets ...... I'll delve further!
