Hi all,

Some nice shots been posted, I wish I had the time!

Just been re-tiling the shower, the grout had cracked water got in behind themand the tiles fell off the wall fantastic

So when these houses are built new the builders are complete garbage

Also had to re-solder the cold water feed to the down stairs toilet as this was also leaking:evil:

House maintenance don't you just love it! I would get someone in but I just don't trust them, If I do it, it should be ok.............I hope:blah:

Away with work next week so have to get it all done now

I took this just so you could enjoy in my lovely weekend!!! +3 closeup used on my extension tube, iso200, F6.2, not quite full zoom and with built in flash.

Cheers Ian

Thanks KK but I'm at the bottom of a very large learnig curve judging by yours and others posts. That blue fly is amazing Tony where was that taken?

Mmm dont think the tire will fit somehow and if it did it would be hell to peddle your bike.

Greg

Shame about the tyre ....... I've noticed auto-substitution before ..... Heck ...I like Heck:lol: (yes I did type H E C K .... twice........ and not anything else!) ...... Look it even Americanises (or should that be Americanizes :roll tyre for you, too!

Haven't seen any evidence that you're a beginner at this, Greg! Those spiders are very nice!

I looked at the Canon, Ian .... bit out of my price bracket ....but it does seem to have some nice features.

Since we've all been in "posting shots mode" ....... I thought I'd kill two birds with one stone ....... post something new .....and post it untouched .....apart from resize.

I took this shot a month or so ago ...... mainly as I thought it an unusual crop around these parts .... and I could look it up later ....(never have though!)

Cheers, KK

And a 100% extract of bottom left to show quality of lens. Again totally untouched apart from the extracting.

Cheers, KK

Greg

Somehow that tyre wont look good on my bike.....i had a 125 tralie honda i played about with and the grip was great with those tires. Pic was taken in my back garden in summer

KK

Interesting composition in the landscape photo you posted. That is a wierd looking fly isn't it :-)

Ian

Glad to see you are being kept busy round the house:roll:there is always something that needs doing isnt there. Had got the Canon 350D and a sigma 70 - 300 zoom lense. The lense was brilliant for what it cost but the camera had back focus trouble. Swapped it and the second one had trouble too and found out several users had the same probs. Gave it back to Jessops along with the lens and decided to wait for the Nikon D50 but by the time it came out i decided to keep the M410r another year and see what is on offer in the dslr world next year.
