Hi Everyone,
Here are some pics from Rossevelt Island in NYC. I found this place when I was looking in the subway map. Seems to be unknown to most out-of-towners. The island is really cool though and fairly small.A lot of New Yorkers ride the ski lift to come over and play tennis. Rosselvelt Island is also afamousspot in a couple of movies. Anycritique appreciated. Hope you enjoy |

hello hooba.
I like this kind of urban shots! Also, you show a skyline of N.Y. which I've not seen before; (with the trees in the foreground.) Good job! |

Thanks Kex
I love urban shots too. I visited New York three times this summer. I was in Washington DC for an internship and the bus ride was only four hours. Although I am just a beginner, I managed to get some decent pictures. Here is a link to one of my other postings http://www.stevesforums.com/forums/v...mp;forum_id=81 |

hi a8j2,
all my pictures were taken with an olympus c740. It's not too fancy but it gets the job done :-) |
