I have looked at this scene from several different angles and finally left it as taken, other than slightly less sharp.

Comments? Good, bad, or indifferent.

I like it. Probably looks better when larger as the birds would be more apparent. Maybe rotate it just a touch for a level horizon. Colors look beautiful and natural. :cool:

yeah, a little work in Picasa (free download) to level the horizon would help. i really like the colors and the cloud formation... looks like some kind of sinister Rorschach blot... nice job!

Thanks guys for the comments...and observation about the horizon. I used Picasa to level it, but looks like I missed .... oops.

I cropped the nearclouds out in a copy but the reflection on the surface made me leave this oneas is.

Hi VP, it's certainly a nice shot but the sky is a bit too dark (IMO), which makes the whole scene a bit heavy. You could perhaps add a tiny bit of light and crop the top and bottom of the photo so you get more of the orange tones. Just a suggestion.

Other than the horizon I don't think I would change a thing, nice one.
