We had some nasty thunderstorms through out part of the country this afternoon; tornado warnings, high winds, the whole nine yards. Anyway, I stopped and took this through the car windshield (it was raining and I didn't want to get my S5000 wet) on the way home. We had some really brilliant colors in the sky after the rain went through, but I didn't have anywhere I could pull off to take a pic or two until I got nearly home.... that, and I was having to drive very slowly and carefully because there were a few trees down across the roads. Anyway, this is a little soft because it was so dark and because it was through the windshield, but I really like the colors. I dunno what the exposure speed was, but it was pretty slow, as I was steadying the camera on the steering wheel and it seemed like forever before the shutter went off. Yeah, that's an electric pole that you can see a little way off....
