I just returned from shooting the Antelope Valley Poppy's near the Poppy Reserve. (Lancaster California).
Mid-day sun with low winds encouraged the Poppy's to open. My last visit it was cold and windy with most of the flowers staying closed. Here is a wide angle shot, 22mm f/16 with efs 17-85 mm lens. Kind of scary getting close to the ground to shoot with recent reports of Mohave Rattle Snakes in the area. I hope it was worth the risk. Thomas. |
