Default Central Park and Columbus Circle in Early Fall

I've been waiting for leaves to change color this fall. Thinking that it's starting to in Central Park, I paid subway fare just to check it out. I was wrong. The leaves I found were still green. Later on the radio I heard that the colors will stay green a while longer this season because of all the rain we got.

But I wasn't disappointed. Because all thoughts of fall colors vanished when I emerged from the subway and saw the clouds. The sky dazzled as the clouds packed up to leave after the previous day's rain.

I may have to come again when the leaves finally change colors, but for now, the clouds saved the day and made my subway fare money well spent.

#1) Columbus monument at Columbus Circle.

#2) Looking at 59th Street from Central Park.

#3) Bridge at "The Pond" in Central Park.

Thank you for looking. C&C welcome.
