I stopped to take this image of Boscastle, and when I'd finished there was not one, not two, but three photographers all queued up behind me waiting to take exactly the same shot, from exactly the same spot... Ahhhhhhh!

QuintessentiallyEnglish countryside John. And I don't tire of it as it is just so different to my own countryside.

Your story of queuing photographers is like an experience I had at a beach in Darwin famed for it sunsets where me and another landscape photographer were racing around trying to capture the rapidly settingsun without it being filled with loads of tourists!

Cheers,

Ollie

Really like viewing your photos. You have a way with framing the most beautiful parts out of the environment where you arein.Everygrain in your image is well used and every detail in itis presented in an artistic way. Especially like the color andthe tonal contrast here; theyimpart life to the shot. Peter
