Yes, it's real. The only changes made to the image were to slightly increase the saturation and slightly sharpen everything but the lake. The Oregonions here might recognize it as North Twin Lake, south of Mt. Bachelor on Century Drive. It was taken at about 2000' above ground level last October.
I'll start an aerial landscape thread one of these days and share some other shots that I like. Q |

here is my cloudscape
![]() one of the most beautiful sunset i've ever seen! taken at the "Soundside" restaurant in Cape Hatteras, North Carolina. (bad quality cuz it was taken with my moms film camera and i had to scan it ![]() enjoy ![]() point and shoot so no shutter speed or arperture info (sry) you'll have to just imagine in your head the full beauty of if.....cuz this didn't really come out very sharp ![]() |

hmm.....would scanning it at 1200 dpi make the quality better? (i'm scanner stupid lol) i know it will make the file emormous ....the preset for color photos is 400 dpi.....but that one really isn't that good lol i could try it......
