The depth of color in the light here is really nice, as are the reflections. I personally would have cropped out the telephone poles or cloned them out. Nice catch.

Weird, really weird.
What calls my attention is the reflection (is this ok?) of the bridge on the water. Put your hand on the left of the pic, weird, isn't it? |

Very nice Bob, reflections are quite a subject, aren't they, and you have captured this just great. What Susan said there about the telephone poles, isn't it amazing that almost every time one sees a "good" landscape shot, you stop, get set to compose the shot, then try and work out how to not get the powerlines or poles, and it's almost impossible to find a pole-less or wire-less landscape. Maybe we should go back to the good old days of no electricity, just forage and hunt and take photos with [oops, no electricity, no computers] So... I supposewe have to compromise somewhere, or maybe learn to incorporate them as a feature in landscapes
Anyway, nice pic !!! |
