Shot this early one morning when I was leaving the Grand Tetons and headed for Arches National Park some 11 hour drive away. A very long day but a very nice start to the trip.

I like the coloring. Has a nice peaceful feeling to it.

I really like that, and yet somehow it doesn't look real? Can't quite put my finger on it, but I just get this nagging feeling that something's not quite right. Could just me me though?

... very nice and I do like its"painterly-look"My guess, and it's only a guess:-), is that the horizon is a little wonky and the wb is off just a bit(I see a slight bluish tint in the shadows)..lovely photo, otherwise

The only things done to the photo were noise reduction, levels adjustment, and minor sharpening, the adjustment and blueish color come from applying a blue filter.
No other things were done to the photo. It was about 29 degrees when I shot this so maybe the camera froze *laughing*. Oh yea I had to wade across a bog to get to the spot to shoot it also. Bill Glad you enjoyed and thanks for the comments |
