This photo was taken one morning when we woke up to a heavy layer of frost that completly covered Kingston. We drove up to Fort Henry to get the best view of the city. This is originally a colour photo but I thought black and white would make it seem colder.
Makes me feel sorry for the guards and their families who lived in the fort back in the 1800's. Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrr! (at least it's in the right section this time!) Rose |

You were right to make this B&W, it works well. Personally I'm not too sure about the faded out borders though... Regards, John. |

Thanks, I like it in B&W too. I did it because the sky was so frosty that it was all white. You really couldn't see much so I played around with the contrast and brightness, turned it to black and white and "Viola!".
About the hazey border.......I'm not big on frames but it looked bland without something. Thanks for the input!! Rose |
