Since you asked...I like the scene and composition. The architecture is nice and despite a busy foreground, the cathedral gives it a majestic focus. Unfortunately, the light lets you down. I assume its taken in the mid morning - mist, longish shadows, but the light is fuller spectrum - not early sunrise. Shooting with the light behind most of your subject, you lose alot of detail and contrast.

If this was a trip, you take what you get and it triggers great memories of a dramatic scene. If you live near this, take it with the sun behind you and lower. If you could get the cathedral catching rising or setting sunlight and making it glow, setting it off from the surrounding, it would be a great shot.
