One from earlier this summer, first thing I thought was it looks like pop corn popping. I'm enjoying my vacation, not really going anywhere, just getting up drinking coffee and doing what Bob wants to do all day, hmmm, that is after I do my list of chores my wife leaves me. :G

Now that's really nice, I like the frame as well BTW, it presents the picture very nicely.

Thank you very much John! I love some of the frames people have been making to display thier stuff, I figured I would give it a try myself.

Another beauty Bob. Well done. I was going to ask you about your frame. Where or how did you do it? Compliments the picture nicely. Cheers........thekman. |

Hi kman, I got the basic idea from bigdawg. I created a new blank image about the size I wanted, pasted the photo on to the blank and sized it a little smaller than the blank. I then took the eye dropper tool and sampled a color I wanted from my photo and did a fill on the blank and added a drop shadow to the photo and combined everything and saved it. I'm not real good a explaining stuff, I hope this helps.

Sounds like using layers, my nemesis. Ha ha. Haven't ventured into that yet. Tried, but no real success. My pea brain can't seem to grab the concept. Always end up screwing something up in the process.......:?thekman. |
