I'm always at odds at which viewer or browser to use for viewing photos. I have afew of them, but never seem to settle for one. I almost always used the windows picture fax and viewer before, but have stopped doing so, as the pictures are usually over saturated and have more contrast than the final save I do in photoshop. So I've been alternating between Firehand Ember and Xnview (freeware). Xnview seems to be an easy to use and accurate viewer. Picturesseem to berepresented as they are saved, without any default tweaking by the product. Firehand is not too bad,and has a lot of options that are good, but sometimes can be annoying to use. Almost overkill for viewing. I was just wondering whatyou fellow forum membershere thought and used for viewingyourphotos. Cheers.........thekman.

i use Irfanview, a free download, as my default viewer. it also offers some editing/processing capability such as resizing and adjusting saturation, contrast, sharpness, etc.,though it's nothing like Picasa, Photoshop, or the others whose main purpose is processing. formany pics, it does all the processing i need; others sometimes require a little more work, so i use the "real" photoediting software for those. Irfanview is fast, simple to use, and works very well. italso shows images just as they were saved.

I have used several and have been using ACDsee classic viewer for quite some time and feel it's just about the best thing going!

I use Irfanview - it's an incredibly good freeware program. I have also used XNView in the past and liked it too.
