Very nice series
![]() I love the peace and austerity it of the rural life that it conveys. In the first photo, note the icicles on the large barn. The other buildings have none. It implies the interior of the large barn is heated in some way ![]() |

Thanks for all comments. If anyone has any suggestions for improvements i would certainly appreciate then.
It should be no surprise no one was outside, except for me of course. It was in the single digits today with a wind chill well below zero! |

In spite of it needing some work, I really like #4. It gives the sense of space and isolation. Overall, it needs a little more contrast without overdoing it--maybe a bit of tweaking done with Levels. Then see if you can better bring out the clustered farm buildings, selecting them, then make further use of Levels or maybe Saturation? I'm not sure, but by playing with it, your eye should tell you what works and what doesn't.
