Default Scottish Snow

Pentland Hills, looking west. The hills near Edinburgh are rather old and rounded, but despite being under 2000 feet in height we sometimes get some winter snow.

Now that's a winter wonderland! Where's Saint Nicholas?

Thanks for sharing.

Nice photo. Those hills remind of the holidays I used to have with my parents up in Scotland (although it was a lot greener then!)

I have been spending this winter sharing my time between my houses in Bristol and South Shropshire and for the first time ever in my life I have gone through a whole Christmas period without seeing one flake of snow. It has been quite dissapointing because I would have loved to get some nice pictures like yours.
