It's winter here and we have had moderate rain so things are starting to green up a little but more rain is needed. These shots were taken on my courier run which is around 600 ks a day.
style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #000000" style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #000000"this first shot taken in Tambellup with the Stirling range mountains behind (you will notice many names of towns around the South West of Western Australia have the letters "UP" at the end of them, it's aboriginal for place of water) ![]() style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #000000"the start of crops in Gnowangerup ( pronouced noangerup) about 50ks from the above shot. ![]() style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #000000" style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #000000"Ongerup turn off with the Stirling ranges again in the background ![]() style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #000000" style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #000000"sheep trucks are always on the roads around here ![]() style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #000000" style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #000000"next shots are all of cranbrook lake with those same mountains behind ( the Stirling range actually spreads out about 60ks in distance) shots later in the day as I travel home around 5pm onwards ![]() style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #000000" ![]() style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #000000" ![]() style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #000000" |

Julie, you sure do live in a beautiful corner of the world and you have captured much of the beauty in these photos. Thanks for posting them! I would love so much to visit Australia and one of these years I will!
