The sails on the sailboat really add a great effect!

I did tweak your pic a bit...

Crop, slight dec in brightness to make Lady Liberty show in silouette.

Also, amped up color saturation a bit.

I was unsure if line in water was a light effect or perhaps the wake of a vessel that had passed but in any event I left it in.

Lady Liberty has personal signficance to me as my grandparents emigrated to the USA early in the 20th century. They must have seen Her as theydisembarkedat Ellis Island to be processed as new immigrants.

Agree with Frank, and also his retouch is more than cosmetic. It adds even more impact to an already lovely shot.
