I'm a newbie to Digital cam's.. and so am borrowing / "testing" my works' Sony P8. I'd like to get the Canon A70 if it's comparable. At any rate, I just had to snap a couple of this morning's Sunrise - I hope you all enjoy. (location: San Antonio|Texas)

I like that grain effect in the haze.
Just one suggestion : it's very difficult to appreciate the overall shot in this forum. Try a smaller version , let's say 800pix width. |

Thanx Goofas for your version.
Actually the black part does not add too much to the shot. That's the way I would have cropped it , a more panoramic cut : ![]() |

Yeah, sorry for the black part.. it was the part I'd Dodge-Burned in PS as it was dirt and didn't look so great, and so I'd have room for some icons (as a background).
As to the previous post, no I'm not in Austin but close, San Antonio. Thanks for the posting suggestions! |

Those are converted images that were put up after my monster original - which will be up in my 1st post shortly in a smaller than 2048x size, hehe.
