Hi everybody, I took this one tonight, I made a mask of the dark foreground and did a auto equalize with Corel Photo paint and kind of made a blended exposure.

Pretty neat, I like the lighter area in the grass right at the horizon.

Very nice Bob. I'm jealous to say the least. Been a while since I've had a chance to photo a colourful sky. Went out last night, as you can see in my post, but it was so gray, I thought I was living in an old b&w movie. My timings been off. Everytime there's a good night to shoot, it seems I'm working. Maybe this coming week.....Cheers.........thekman.

Nice shot, good to see you experimenting with blended exposures. I'm eagerly anticipating some of your future posts with your new camera and blended exposures.

Thank you John and Kman! I love working with photos almost as much as taking them, my biggest problem is trying to remember how I did something and trying to duplicate the same effect.

Looks good. I think it would look even better cropped to a more pano aspect, removing most of the dead space on top.

Try it cropped the blue is distracting to me. But I still like it.
