We sure had some fantastic weather last week, it's sometimes hard to believe summer's over. I took this shot near Lavington BC, looking west toward Vernon. Kalamalka Lake is in the distance.

Thanks so much, Bob and Walter! Coming from guys as talented as you are, that means a lot.
Here are another couple of shots I took around town at the end of summer. It's my favorite time of year next to Spring because the weather's still great, the tourists are gone and the kids are back in school. This is Swan Lake, just North of Vernon and a few minutes drive from my house. ![]() This is Kalamalka, the lake you see in the distance in my first picture. It's a huge tourist attraction in the summer, with standing room only on the beaches. Now you can take a walk there on the nicest day and only see a handful of people. ![]() Thanks for looking!
