Left to right:
West side of the Downtown core, Stanley Park, first mountain on the left is Cypress Mtn, the 2 'small' humps in behind Cypress are called The Lions, next (middle) is Grouse Mtn, next (right) is Mt. Seymour. Average height I believe is about 1000 meters or 2800 feet (could be wrong ![]() ![]() File is 4 images stitched and resized equaling 850KB. fine stitch Koruvs. Not perfect though. There's lines in the sky that will tell this is a stitch. i.e upon the white tower on the right.
But a good panorama. |

Hi Klaus,
Thanks for the comments. I didn't use a tripod so all things considered it came out quite well. I used Canon's stitching program that, of all things came with my S9000 printer. I'm not to versed in removing those lines manually, any suggestions? :-) - |

YES
Go to my website and look under "Photo editing" => "Remove an object". The technique I describe there, is the one you can use for removing these areas. It's actually an cut and paste job. But - take a look if you please. |

Like Klaus said, not perfect, but still quite good! I've never been good at panoramas, myself.
I'd like to see more of the skyline in that shot! |
