Took these last night. Never been down here at night, but thought it might be an interesting subject. The first one is at twilight, and the last 2 are when it finally went dark.......... Cheers...thekman.

Those are all very nice photographs. Personally, I like the twilight shot the best because I like to see detail in the foreground. However, the light reflecting off the clouds in the third shot is very appealing.

Your photos of Coal Harbour are beautiful. We visited Vancouver in early May and just loved the city. Seeing your photos bring back fine memories of a walk we took on our first night there.

Here is our view from the 17 floor of the Marriott...

Actually, it's the Marriott reflected in the building just across the street. Lots and lots of opportunities for "reflection" photos in the glass and steel of Vancouver buildings.

Glad you enjoyed your visit. It is a nice city, although I guess I'm probably a bit biased. Like you said, there are lots of photo ops for reflections etc. Also the mountains and sea...gee, I sound like a tour director........Cheers....thekman.

Hi kman, when I saw the title of night scenes from you, I had to look.I remember the night shot you posted a few months ago that was just totally awesome, and these [the top two in particular] equal if not better that one. Extremely GOOD shots !!

I really like your photos and I think the way you have caught theimages just before it gets to dark and you can still see the detail in the sky is spot on.
